3. CONTENT
The website provides items such as T-shirts or mugs with standard or customized designs.
To obtain the customized products, users will have to upload an image to the website. Once you upload an image, you immediately consent to the use of that image by GIFMAR for the purpose of creating such customized product.
Content such as images is subject to commercial use licenses.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The user must use the services and contents of the Website in accordance with the current law, refraining from:
Carrying out illicit or criminal activities that constitute an infringement of the regulations on intellectual and industrial property or any other applicable legal regulation.
Disseminate content that violates human rights.
Introduce or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to computer systems.
Transmit your user name and password to unauthorized third parties. If any unauthorized transmission is notified, NUMABOL, S.L. reserves the right to modify the user name and password for the protection of the service.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, the contents of the Website or any product purchased.
5. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
5.1. PURCHASING PROCESS
To purchase a product the user does not need to be registered with a customer account. The user has to add the desired product in the shopping cart and follow the steps described on the website.
5.2. PRICES
The prices indicated for each product are expressed in the currency selected by the user (euros, US dollar or pound sterling) and include value added tax (VAT) which corresponds to 21% within the territory of the European Union with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In all other countries, products are exempt from VAT and prices are shown without VAT.
If the System cannot recognize the user’s location, the system itself will add or reduce the value added tax depending on the shipping address.
There is no minimum order price to process an order.
5.3. PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods to make the purchase are:
5.3.1. Credit or debit card
Payment can be made immediately by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express…) To ensure payment security, payment is made through the SSL secure payment gateway. If any refund or cancellation is placed, the amount of the product will be reimbursed through the same payment card. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

5.4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will depend on the geographical area where the package is shipped to and the kind of product. These shipping costs will be visible in the shopping cart.
5.5. FORM AND TIME OF SHIPMENT
The package will be shipped to the address given by the user through a local parcel delivery company.
Delivery times will depend on the quantity of items in the order, the products and the country of destination. In general, T-shirts and mugs have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 15 days.
Once the package is on its way, an email will be sent to the user with the tracking number.
5.6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD PRODUCTS: According to EU regulations, if you have purchased a product online, you have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification as long as the product has not been used.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: Personalized products cannot be returned (except for product defect or printing error).
To acquire the refund, the customer must contact GIFMAR directly via email info@gifmar.com in order to send the product to one of its offices, being the user responsible for the shipping costs within the stipulated period.
Once the package has arrived at our offices and has been inspected, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product by crediting your credit/debit card. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
